Junior HR

You are invited to apply for the position of Junior HR Executive at Logical Soft Tech Pvt Ltd, an IT company based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We are seeking a female candidate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in HR, particularly in the areas of posting and hiring. Please note that we are not considering applications from freshers at this time. As a Junior HR Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the hiring process for various job profiles by posting on different job portals, establishing partnerships with consultancies, colleges, and companies, and overseeing HR activities and operations. - Recruiting candidates for fresher internship programs by sourcing leads from multiple channels such as job portals, social media, colleges, training institutes, and consultancies. - Developing strategies and daily work plans to achieve optimal results. - Communicating with candidates regarding their applications, engaging in marketing and telesales activities, and maintaining records of admission for interns. - Providing information about admission procedures and IT courses to potential college students through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. - Representing the company at educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as required. The ideal candidate for this role is a female with a pleasant personality and strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. Proficiency in using a laptop is preferred but not mandatory.
