Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior HR Executive located in Junagadh City. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with human resources standards. The role involves supporting overall HR management and providing assistance to senior HR executives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Junagadh City
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
