Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate screening and schedule interviews- Manage onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives- Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits- Support talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals- Assist in HR policy development and documentation

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field- Industry Exposure: Familiarity with IT/eCommerce domains is an advantage- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently- Knowledge of technical recruitment and talent retention practices
