• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Maintain HR records and employee databases
• Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives
• Advise management on HR best practices
• Collaborate across departments to support strategic HR goals

Experience Required : 2Years in HR Operations
Salary 12000/- to 15000/- P.M

Note : Selected candidate will be working at our clients company under supervision of our senior HR
