Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Thynk Beyond, you’ll support the design team in crafting engaging visuals that align with our clients' visions and brand identity. You’ll work on a variety of projects, including social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, and print materials, ensuring each design is both aesthetically pleasing and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing strategists to create compelling visual content.
• Design and edit graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, flyers, and more.
• Assist in developing brand assets, infographics, and presentation templates.
• Incorporate feedback to refine and iterate on designs.
• Ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner while meeting high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with web design and user experience (UX) principles.
• Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends.
