About the Role :

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in the Marketing Department, developing impactful visual and motion content for brand communication, campaigns, and promotional activities. The role involves designing for both digital and print media, as well as creating and editing videos, reels, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate should combine creative design expertise with strong operational and coordination skills to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Design and produce creative assets for social media, websites, digital ads, emailers, brochures, posters, packaging, and event materials.
• Conceptualize and execute video content (reels, motion graphics, explainers, teasers, etc.) for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and video teams to ensure creative alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage and organize design workflows, maintain design archives, and ensure smooth operational coordination for campaigns.
• Support production and printing requirements with vendors when needed.
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Stay up to date with design and motion trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Handle multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in graphic design with exposure to video editing or motion graphics.

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of motion design, animation, and video editing principles.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong operational and coordination skills for handling multiple creative requirements smoothly.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt to brand requirements quickly.
