About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and layout, along with the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital and print creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, and ads.
• Assist in developing brand assets, product visuals, and campaign designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver visually consistent creatives.
• Edit and enhance images and videos for digital campaigns.
• Stay updated with current design trends, color theory, and typography principles.
• Prepare design files for web, print, and presentations as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of social media design formats and brand aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
• Experience designing for tech, AI, or digital brands.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or UI design tools.
