Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Jr. Designer role based in Pune. The Jr. Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver creative assets for various projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating visually compelling graphics, layouts, and designs, coordinating with teams to meet project requirements, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The role also involves contributing to design strategy, developing new design concepts, and staying updated with emerging design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design, Typography, and Layout Design skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt designs to brand standards
• Time management and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience with user interface (UI) and web design is a plus
• Relevant professional experience or a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
