Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer Company: Kadam Haat Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Job Type: Full-time (In-Office) About Us: Kadam Haat is a fast-growing, purpose-led brand that combines sustainability, craft, and design to create handcrafted lifestyle products. Our mission is to reduce plastic consumption, empower rural artisans, and bring beautifully designed natural fiber products to customers globally. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Graphic Designer to lead visual communication across all our digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in both static and video-based content creation, with a deep understanding of what works for modern e-commerce and digital-first brands. Key Responsibilities: Daily/Weekly Deliverables Include: Emailers - design visually appealing, on-brand email templates for product launches, offers, and newsletters. WhatsApp Creatives - create quick, sharp visuals suitable for mobile-first communication. Instagram Content - design a mix of static posts, carousel graphics, story creatives, reels (video editing & text overlays). Website Listings - develop clean, attractive product listing images optimized for conversion. Website Banners - design high-impact banners for the homepage, category pages, and seasonal campaigns. Meta Ads - create 30+ ad creatives monthly for Meta platforms, including: Static image ads Simple video reels with text overlays and basic transitions Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands is a plus. Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Canva (for quick creatives) Basic video editing software (Premier Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) Strong knowledge of digital-first design, with an eye for clean, modern, conversion-driven layouts. Ability to work independently and deliver multiple creatives with tight timelines. Understanding of social media formats, ad sizes, and platform-specific nuances. Photography and reel-shooting skills are a plus.
