Job Description

As a Graphic Designer at IDEX located in Bengaluru/Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of our clients" brands with eye-catching and professional designs on their app and web platforms. Your main responsibilities will include: - Understanding design requirements, creating concepts, and developing engaging designs. - Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions and collaborating with the project team. - Creating designs for Seasonal Stores, Category Landing Page Experiences, and app Homepage Revamps. - Working closely with the Design team and copywriters to strategize and analyze the metrics behind each asset. - Assisting in unifying the overall design experience and setting up design systems for the teams. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1-3 years of industry experience. - A strong design portfolio showcasing illustration, visualization, and typography skills. - Understanding of Design Thinking Process and Wireframing. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. - Experience in creating and optimizing graphics for the web. - Strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and drive to succeed. - Empathy and advocacy for users in all areas of work. - Ability to independently manage and meet deadlines, as well as stakeholders for projects. - Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - A positive attitude, collaborative nature, and a desire to learn and stay updated on retailing and e-commerce trends. Bonus points for skills and experience with Photoshop frame animation, After Effects, and Animation, as well as understanding UI design principles.
