Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Client Servicing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely project execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

? Act as the point of contact for assigned clients and maintain long-term relationships.

? Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams (creative, digital, design, etc.).

? Coordinate and follow up on deliverables to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met.

? Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations.

? Support the senior servicing team in day-to-day client interactions and project management.

? Handle client feedback constructively and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

? Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client competitors to provide proactive suggestions.

Key Skills Required:

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills

? Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

? Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and digital media

? Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace (Google sheet, Google slides)

Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree in any field (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is a plus)
