Responsibilities: As a sales representative, you will engage with high net worth individuals (HNI) parents nationwide via phone or Zoom. You will help them identify their challenges during these conversations and provide tailored solutions. Requirements: To succeed in this role, we are looking for a "unicorn" sales representative who possesses the following qualities: Proven experience in successful phone or in-person sales, consistently achieving top results within your team. Familiarity with higher ticket service offerings and a consultative selling style. A hungry and highly coachable personality, eager to follow a proven process for success. A desire to be part of a sales culture built on mutual respect, personal responsibility, and celebrating the success of teammates and yourself. Exceptional ability to identify and self-correct errors, producing outstanding results without constant coaching. Excellent independent self-starter who can collaborate with our sales manager to enhance our processes.
