Job Title: Junior Google Ads Specialist We’re looking for a Junior Google Ads Specialist to join our performance marketing team at MangoEyes Agency. If you're confident in setting up structured Search and Display campaigns, using Google Tag Manager , and analysing GA4 reports, this role will give you hands-on experience managing real client accounts, launching campaigns from scratch, and directly contributing to revenue growth. Before You Apply: This is a full-time remote position. We support flexible hours (9 hours/day, 5 days/week, with a minimum of 8h 15m daily). Be prepared to work on live campaigns from Day 1—no shadowing, just doing. Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage Google Ads Search & Display campaigns with structured best practices. Write and test responsive search ads to increase CTR and conversion rates. Apply bidding strategies and ad extensions to support performance goals. Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner; group keywords logically. Use negative keywords to reduce wasted spend. Set up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) — create tags, triggers, and variables. Link GTM with GA4 and Google Ads for end-to-end funnel tracking. Use GA4 to monitor user behaviour, source traffic, and conversion actions. Generate actionable insights and optimise campaigns regularly. Follow internal documentation and processes for all campaigns. Stay current with Google Ads updates and platform innovations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2+ years of experience managing Search & Display campaigns. Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and keyword match types. Experience writing ad copy and optimising RSAs. Proficiency in Google Tag Manager: tracking forms, clicks, and events. Strong familiarity with GA4 : reading data, linking platforms, and interpreting conversions. Clear grasp of search intent , keyword grouping, and negative keyword strategies. Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts. Team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to take feedback.
