Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Okhla. The Junior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and employer branding. Responsibilities will include identifying potential candidates, organizing interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill organizational staffing needs.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong Employer Branding
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role or in the HR industry is a plus
