Job Description

As a Junior Functional Associate in the Customer Service team at Ginesys, you will have the opportunity to embark on an exciting career journey while contributing significantly to the retail ecosystem in India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Possess moderate knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software. - Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients as needed. - Manage the ticketed query system and maintain an up-to-date database of queries and resolutions. - Identify and resolve technical issues effectively. - Coordinate at zonal levels when necessary. - Develop reports for various teams across the business. **Required Skills Set:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Basic understanding and knowledge of SQL and Oracle (preferred but not mandatory). - General working knowledge of retail/ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to articulate complex ideas to clients with limited IT and systems knowledge. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, patience, listening skills, and convincing abilities. - Exceptional customer service and relationship management experience with critical thinking skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
