Junior Flutter Developer

Job Title: Flutter Developer Fresher

Role Overview:

We are looking for passionate and motivated Flutter Developer fresher to join our growing development team. As an intern/fresher, you will gain hands-on experience in building and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will collaborate with experienced developers, designers, and project managers to create smooth, performant, and visually appealing applications while learning and growing your technical and professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development: Assist in developing high-quality, responsive mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• UI Implementation: Translate UI/UX designs into functional app screens with consistent and adaptive layouts.
• Code Management: Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code under the guidance of senior developers.
• API Integration: Work on integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications.
• Performance Optimization: Support efforts to monitor and enhance app performance, loading times, and responsiveness.
• Testing & Debugging: Help with basic testing, identifying bugs, and collaborating in resolving them.
• Team Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams and actively participate in discussions, stand-ups, and code reviews.
• Learning & Development: Stay up to date with Flutter updates and mobile development trends while continuously improving your skill set.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Flutter and Dart programming language.
• Familiarity with Android Studio, VS Code, or other relevant IDEs.
• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of OOPs and state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc is a plus).
• Knowledge of UI building, animations, and custom widgets in Flutter.
• Experience working on sample/personal Flutter projects (GitHub links preferred).
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Previous internship or project experience in Flutter (even academic/personal projects count).
• Familiarity with Firebase, SQLite, or cloud messaging.
• Basic understanding of app publishing on Play Store or App Store.
• Exposure to Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Notion.
• Bachelors Degree
