Junior Financial Analyst (Accounts)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn, have strong analytical skills, and want to build a career in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Support the budgeting and planning process with accurate data collection.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and management to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of financial modeling is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• knowledge in power BI and tableu will be beneficial
• Knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Familiarity with financial statements and reporting standards.
• Internship or prior experience in finance/accounting is an advantage.
