Junior Financial Analyst (Accounts)

As a Junior Financial Analyst at our growing finance team, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis. Your eagerness to learn, strong analytical skills, and motivation to build a successful career in finance will make you an ideal candidate for this position. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and variance analysis. You will support the budgeting and planning process by collecting accurate data and analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Collaborating with senior analysts and management will be essential in supporting business decisions. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders will be part of your daily tasks. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, along with proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge of financial modeling is a plus). Attention to detail, accuracy, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are key attributes we are looking for. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be highly valued in this role. Preferred skills include knowledge in Power BI and Tableau, familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP), and an understanding of financial statements and reporting standards. Any internship or prior experience in finance/accounting will be considered an advantage. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The ability to commute or relocate to Coimbatore before starting work is preferred. A willingness to travel up to 25% is also preferred. The work location is in person.
