Salary: INR 12,500 – 17,500/month (with INR 2,500 hike after 2 months)

• What You’ll DoReview and process loan applications with accuracy.
• Verify borrower details (income, credit, assets, employment).
• Support underwriting for Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans.
• Identify and resolve missing/incomplete documentation.
• Assist senior underwriters in preparing loan files.
• Work on Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Encompass, Calyx, or similar.
• Ensure compliance with all lending guidelines.

• What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, processing, or loan operations.
• Familiarity with LOS tools like Encompass, Calyx, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
