About the Role

Consultixs

What You’ll Do

Review and process loan applications with accuracy.
Verify borrower details (income, credit, assets, employment).
Support underwriting for
Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans
.
Identify and resolve missing/incomplete documentation.
Assist senior underwriters in preparing loan files.
Work on
Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
such as Encompass, Calyx, or similar.
Ensure compliance with all lending guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in
mortgage underwriting, processing, or loan operations
.
Familiarity with LOS tools like Encompass, Calyx, etc.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Get

INR 12,500 – 17,500/month
