Role Overview:

Join our design team and gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry. Support various stages of the design process, from concept to final product, and assist with social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding client requirements:

  Meeting with clients to discuss their needs, preferences, and vision for the outfit. This includes understanding the occasion, desired style, and any specific requests and also taking accurate body measurements for customizing the outfit.

• Fabric selection:

  Sourcing and selecting appropriate fabrics, considering factors like texture, color, drape, and budget.

• Overseeing the creation process:

  Working closely with tailors and other team members to ensure the outfit is constructed according to the design and fits the client perfectly. This may involve multiple fittings and alterations.

• Staying updated on trends:

  Keeping abreast of the latest fashion trends, techniques, and materials to offer clients contemporary and innovative designs.

• Client communication:

  Maintaining regular communication with clients throughout the design and creation process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

• Managing timelines:

  Ensuring that outfits are completed within agreed-upon timelines and deadlines.

• Quality control:

  Inspecting finished outfits to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

• Problem-solving:

  Addressing any issues that may arise during the order flow and delivering it to the customer on time.
