Junior Executive- Sales & Services

As a Junior Executive in Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities will include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing company strategies to enhance store profits - Greeting and engaging with customers to understand their needs - Escorting customers to counters, introducing products, and influencing buying decisions - Engaging customers through suggestive selling and building their confidence - Conducting remote selling activities when requested to maximize customer reach - Performing cross-selling to HNI customers and addressing queries and complaints - Providing excellent customer service, educating customers on product details, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Handling customer returns, old gold, and maintaining accurate customer databases - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes - Coordinating customer order placement and stock management - Executing visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring safety of displayed jewellery - Generating customer leads, increasing footfall, and supporting in-store events and product exhibitions - Adhering to company grooming standards, SOPs, and preparing sales reports - Acquiring knowledge in all store sections and actively seeking self-development opportunities - Identifying training needs and completing mandatory training programs In terms of qualifications, you are required to have an HSC qualification, be below 30 years of age, and possess 2 to 3 years of experience in retail sales. The location of the job is in Indore Phoenix Mall, Madhya Pradesh, India with a salary range as per industry standards.,
