Junior Executive- Sales & Services

As a Sales and Customer Executive at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include: - Achieving individual sales targets and implementing strategies to boost store profits - Welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to relevant products - Utilizing suggestive selling techniques to drive sales and enhance customer confidence - Conducting remote selling activities as requested to maximize customer reach - Performing priority selling to reduce aged stock while maintaining customer satisfaction - Cross-selling and promoting products to HNI customers across all categories - Addressing customer queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing excellent customer service by educating customers on product details and benefits - Ensuring secure packaging of products ordered online in front of CCTV cameras - Handling customer returns and old gold items with proper quality checks - Collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with management for business improvement - Maintaining accurate customer databases and verifying product details post-sale Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Informing customers about special offers and enrolling them in various schemes - Coordinating customer orders with SCM/MBMG for timely delivery - Managing daily stock counts, transfers, and replenishment - Implementing visual merchandising guidelines and ensuring jewellery safety - Generating customer leads, inviting them to store events, and supporting in-store marketing activities - Adhering to grooming standards, SOPs, and cost-effective practices - Preparing sales reports for senior management - Acquiring knowledge in various store sections and actively seeking self-development opportunities - Identifying training needs and completing mandatory programs/certifications on time Your role involves a combination of sales, customer service, stock management, marketing, internal processes adherence, and people development to contribute to the success of Malabar Gold & Diamonds.,
