Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. - Generate leads through cold calling, digital campaigns, and local marketing activities. - Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients. - Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and amenities clearly to prospective buyers. - Build and maintain strong client relationships for future referrals. - Support senior sales staff in client meetings and documentation. - Maintain CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly sales reports. Preferred candidate profile -12 years of experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Good command over English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi). - Willingness to travel locally for site visits. - Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM tools.
