Role & responsibilities - Generate leads through digital, referral, and field activities. - Engage with buyers to understand requirements and suggest suitable projects. - Coordinate and conduct site visits. - Negotiate and close sales deals. - Maintain and update CRM and sales funnel. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, Mentor junior executives and telecallers. Preferred candidate profile - 5-6 years of experience in real estate sales or business development. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi. - Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM tools. - Self-driven, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
