Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Junior Executive - IT to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is suitable for experienced candidates with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate should be willing to work at any time and travel for work-related tasks. The role primarily involves handling network-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for IT and networking issues, both on-site and remotely.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
Travel to different locations for work-related IT and networking tasks.
Maintain proper documentation of network configurations, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in networking and IT support.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network cabling.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Must be open to work and willing to travel at any time.
Minimum 2 years of experience in networking is mandatory.
Ability to understand and follow instructions and technical guidance.
Candidates who reside in Coimbatore or willing to relocate to Coimbatore is preferable.
