Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Executive - Administration, located in Chennai. The Junior Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with the organization of events. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and general office operations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Experience in an educational institution is a plus
