You will be joining Mark Comprehensive LLP as a Junior Estimator in Calicut, Kerala. Mark Comprehensive is a leading faade solutions provider with operations in Oman, UAE, Iraq, KSA, and India. Specializing in architectural aluminum and glass systems, the company is known for quality, innovation, and on-time project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct cost analysis for various types of work in preparation for tenders. - Choose the price and source facade materials. - Confirm site measurements. - Perform project job costing. - Provide timely reports to superiors. - Prepare cutting lists and coordinate with the workshop team. - Create Bills of Quantities (BOQ). - Attend meetings with contractors and main consultants for drawing details. - Monitor project progress and cost control. - Identify project risks and potential cost variations. - Coordinate and execute tasks efficiently. **Qualifications:** - B-Tech in Civil Engineering. - 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
