Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a BIM Engineer (Civil/Arch), located in Jharsuguda with some work from home acceptable. The BIM Engineer(Civil/Arch) will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, creating and managing construction drawings, coordinating with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines, and collaborating with other architects and civil engineers. Qualifications 2-5 Years of Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit Experience in creating and managing Construction Drawings Understanding of Architecture and Civil Engineering principles Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Role Description We are seeking a Junior Estimator for an on-site, full-time position located in Jharsuguda. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of project cost estimates. Day-to-day tasks include gathering project-related data, analyzing costs, preparing detailed cost breakdowns, and collaborating with senior estimators and project teams to ensure project feasibility. This role requires accuracy and attention to detail, along with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment. Qualifications Strong quantitative skills, particularly in cost analysis, budget preparation, and estimation methods Proficiency in MS Excel Familiarity with OPWD SOR & AOR Strong communication skills to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders effectively Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a time-sensitive environment Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a relevant field Familiarity with local regulations and standards is an advantage Previous experience or internship in estimation or a related role is preferred
