Role & responsibilities

Analyzed blueprints, specifications, and contract documents to develop detailed cost estimates for Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Drywall, Insulation, and Acoustical Ceiling systems
Open to training and eager to learn new estimating software for performing material and labor take-offs based on project plans and specifications
Participated in pre-bid meetings and post-project reviews to verify bid accuracy and improve future estimating processes

Desired profile:

Motivated and detail-oriented construction professional seeking an Estimator or Preconstruction role with a focus on Cold-Formed Metal Framing, Drywall, Insulation, and Acoustical Ceilings
