Role Summary :

We are hiring a Junior Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering (Tooling Design) to support tool planning, develop tooling strategies, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure robust tooling implementation for new and existing components.

⦁

• Study part drawings and prepare tool lists in collaboration with process planning engineers.
• Coordinate with cutting tool suppliers for tool selection and design finalization.
• Prepare cost-per-piece estimates and technical proposals.
• Work with tooling agencies for prove-outs and support development activities.
• Assist production teams with tooling-related debugging and improvements.
• Ensure accuracy in tool holders, jigs, fixtures, and machining dynamics.
• Manage a team to ensure availability and supply of tools to three plants

• BE / B.Tech – Mechanical
• 6–9 years of experience in tooling, CNC operations, or machining engineering
• Strong understanding of cutting tools, GD&T, jigs, fixtures, and machining fundamentals
