Kranti Group is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team focusing on Tooling Design and Tool Planning
Role & Responsibilities
⦁ Study part drawings and prepare tooling lists for machining.
⦁ Collaborate with process planning engineers and cutting tool suppliers for tool design finalization.
⦁ Prepare cost per piece proposals and estimations.
⦁ Coordinate with tooling agencies for development and production prove-outs.
⦁ Support production teams in debugging tooling-related challenges.
Required Skills
⦁ Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders, jigs & fixtures.
⦁ CNC machine operations and CNC programming.
Understanding of coolants, machine dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
