Location: Pirangut, Pune

Experience: 4–6 years

Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Mechanical

Kranti Industries Limited, a listed company engaged in manufacturing machined parts for Automotive, Off-highway, and Mechanical industries, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Function.

Role & Responsibilities

⦁ Lead process planning of castings/forgings on CNC, VMC, and HMC machines.

⦁ Drive process conceptualization and planning, detailing, tool and parameter selection, and programming.

⦁ Design and develop jigs and fixture concepts, oversee machine settings, and manage process documentation.

⦁ Conduct part inspection, interpret CMM reports, and manage GD&T, PPAP, and other quality documentation.

⦁ Oversee cost estimation, cycle time optimization, process improvements, and standardization.

⦁ Plan and manage prove-outs for new components and support continuous improvements in machining.

Required Skills

⦁ Strong hands-on experience in machining operations and process planning.

⦁ Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAM software.

⦁ Knowledge of cutting tools, SPC, and manufacturing best practices.

⦁ Ability to conceptualize, design, and implement efficient production processes.
