Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher with a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) to join our Maintenance Department. The candidate will assist in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems in the plant under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in routine maintenance of electrical equipment, machines, and production lines.
• Support breakdown maintenance by identifying faults and assisting in quick repair to reduce downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
• Monitor and record machine parameters (voltage, current, temperature, etc.).
• Assist in the installation and testing of new machines or electrical panels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Maintain documentation for maintenance work and report issues to supervisors.
• Learn and support mechanical and utility equipment maintenance (air compressors, motors, pumps, etc.).
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operation of equipment.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) Freshers (01 year experience)

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and equipment.
• Understanding of single-line diagrams and electrical drawings.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-site plant conditions.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to industrial maintenance practices.
• Team player with good communication skills
