• Ensures Smooth Handover from Maintenance: proven expertise in smooth transition of the Building from Maintenance to Building & Utility team, ensure all statutory, safety, technical and operation maintenance aspects.
• Expertise in Building Maintenance: Manage complete building maintenance work including main process buildings, Administration buildings, utility building as such as Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, Cooling towers, HSD yard, STP, ETP, WTP and other infra like- Road, drains, reservoirs and boundary walls.
• Enhances safety protocols: By prioritizing safety in Maintenance process, shall create a safe working environment for everyone.
• Drives continuous improvement: Through regular monitoring and analysis, manage and identifies opportunities in maintenance for the improvement of existing system interim of ease of operation, reducing cost of operations and human safety.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Safety Compliance
• Maintain optimum condition of building infra.
• Strong knowledge of building bye laws and National building code.
• Coordination with all stakeholder- Production, Admin, Projects, Service Provider.
• Adherence of Preventive maintenance of the building.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve assigned goals.
• Solid understanding of Building design and upkeeping and maintenance procedures.
• Strong knowledge of low humidity Dryroom and Clean rooms.
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF Standard to prepare and follow Standards, Manuals, Checksheet, History Card and Contingency Plan for building healthiness.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills:

Experience in a Building infrastructure maintenance manager role, preferably in a Lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment or a huge-scaled highly automated automotive or pharma industries.
