Purpose of the job / Objective:

To manage the Maintenance of Plant Mechanical Utilities.

Roles and Responsibility:

Safety Compliance

Strong skills for Utility equipment maintenance and back-up plans.

Coordination with all stakeholder- Production, Admin, Projects.

Team Management- Smooth Shift Operation.

Adherence of Preventive maintenance and manage MTTR & MTBF.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong management and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve assigned goals.

- Solid understanding of Utility equipment, their maintenance procedures.

- Proven expertise of maintenance of low humidity Dry room and Clean rooms.

-Strong knowledge and maintenance capabilities of Exhaust and Abatement systems.

- Knowledge of ISO/IATF Standard to prepare and develop Standards, Manuals, Check sheet, History Card and Contingency Plan for Maintenance.

- Flexible to work in rotation shift.

- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desired Skills:

Experience in a Utility Maintenance manager role, preferably in a Lithium-ion battery manufacturing environment or a huge-scaled highly automated automotive or pharma industries.
