Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and technically skilled B.tech or Diploma fresher to join our R&D team. The selected candidates will play a key role in supporting product development, design, testing, and innovation processes. This role offers hands-on experience in electronics and renewable energy research and provides a strong foundation for a long-term technical career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product development, circuit design, and testing activities.
• Perform PCB assembly, soldering, and functional testing of prototypes.
• Conduct component-level testing and validation using standard tools.
• Help in designing circuits and PCB layouts using relevant software.
• Support and maintain lab equipment, tools, and instruments in proper working condition.
• Execute experiments and trials for evaluation of new product ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality for integrated product development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test results, observations, and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: B. tech (Electronics/Electrical) or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related streams.
• Experience: 0–1 year (freshers welcome).
• Basic knowledge of electronic components, soldering, and circuit testing.
• Familiarity with PCB design software
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
