Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer Location: Nanakramguda – Project Site (Diamond Towers) Company: R-ONE Job Purpose To support day-to-day civil construction activities at site by assisting in execution, supervision, coordination, and record-keeping, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Execution & Supervision Assist in site execution and supervision of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications. • Support senior engineers in monitoring daily construction activities. • Ensure adherence to quality and safety requirements at site. 2. Coordination with Site Teams Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site staff to ensure smooth execution. • Communicate daily work progress and issues to senior engineers. • Assist in resolving minor site-level issues under guidance. 3. Site Records & Measurements Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports. • Support reporting, inspections, and documentation activities. • Assist in preparing basic checklists and execution records. 4. Quality, Safety & Learning Follow safety practices and site protocols. • Ensure attention to detail in execution works. • Demonstrate willingness to learn construction processes and site management. Candidate Profile Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Experience 2–3+ years of experience in civil construction / site execution • Exposure to residential or commercial construction projects preferred Skills & Competencies Basic technical and site execution skills • Understanding of construction drawings and specifications • Familiarity with MS Office and basic engineering software • Good communication and coordination abilities • Attention to detail with a strong willingness to learn • Ability to work effectively with site teams, contractors, and seniors Why Join R-ONE?
