Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Understanding of metallurgy and furnace ( TRU/ Muffle/ Induction amd Gas ) operation, Carry out Sample preparation, support in laboratory setting and operation. Invovled in day to day operation of all equipments. Understadning of combustion chemistry/E waste and Cu scrap charecteristics, burning process and Environmental impact.Knowledge of digitalisation , LIMBS, Sample preparation, roasting, matting and melting.

Support diverse lab operations across Preprocessing, and RM Lab, Understanding of Calcination process/ roasting of PCB, matting and melting process, Know trouble shooting and required solution for operation of Thermal reduction , Gas and Induction furnaces. Coordination with Process and operation team.

•        Ensuring all equipment undergoes timely AMC and calibration with traceable CRM standards to achieve precise ppm and ppb measurements for quality control. • Maintaining accuracy of test results under commercial pressures, especially for moisture % in PCB quality. • Developing a skilled team to prevent contamination in sample preparation, standardization of equipment, validation of test report as even small ppm deviations can significantly impact plant processes.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be Full time B.E/B Tech /M.SC with 5 plus years of experience in Metal Industry ( preferably copper and other non-ferrous) Should have good knowledge and experience of Environment engineering and Compliance and earlier any experience in project phase would be preferred Good understanding of environemnt asepcts, understanding of Significant aspects and HAZOP analysis. Ability to closely work with technology providers for the environment management and engineering Good understanding of environemnt asepcts, understanding of Significant aspects and HAZOP analysis.
