¿ Provide operational support in development, clinical trials, toxicology study, pilot Bioequivalence batches etc. ¿ Working as shift in charge and responsible for all production activities. ¿ Preparation of daily production report. ¿ Maintain all documents related production activities. ¿ Ensure Raw Material stock availability as per plans. ¿ Preparation of qualification reports of old and new equipment’s ¿ Preparation of Development reports from available data during development Batches. ¿ Preparation of Process Hazard Analysis for upcoming projects. ¿ Create awareness about Standard Operating Procedures, product specifications and safety requirements. ¿ Training to subordinates and Technicians as per training need matrix ¿ To ensure plant safety in our day to day activities for smooth running of the plant. ¿ Ensuring prudent deployment of all shift workmen as per production plan training workmen on the shop floor to perform better ¿ Co-ordinates with maintenance department for Equipment modification for better efficiency or as per requirement, Shut-down and Preventive maintenance and breakdown jobs. ¿ Liaise with various support functions like QA/QC, Analytical, synthesis Lab maintenance, instrument department etc. for carrying out smooth operations. ¿ Doing Work as member of technology transfer team.
