1. Project planning management : works alongside the project manager with internal team to create comprehensive project plan that includes project scope, timeline, and resource allocation. Leading the PM team for goal driven.
2. Cross functional team management: responsible for managing the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring that team members are working effectively.3. Communication with both customer and internal: necessary to difference internal and external information when doing discussion.4. Reporting: Preparing and create reports on project progress, resource utilization, and ultimately the final project closure. To both customer and management 5. Data mining and analysis - EQ list study, demands checking, understanding the usage of EQ and discussion with vendor and follow up 6. Vendor relationship : build up the vendor relations at the same time.
Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Above 5 years working experience. ( additional with logstic, purchase related positin in the past will a plus)3. Strong communication and strong resistant to compression ability. (Able to speak Kannada and English)4. Strong logical thinking and data analyse skills; well planning and forecast working skills.5. Strong ability of term organization and the ability to prioritize in order to meet daily , weekly and long term requirements and goals 6. Attention to details and ability to critically think through and resolve problems.7. Good leadership skills ( managing blue-collared employees is a big plus)8. Ability to multi-tasking, managing multiple small projects, and establish priorities. Capable to work with Excel/PowerPoint/Words
