Job Title : Junior EDI Support Developer Location : Goa Job Type : Full-Time Experience : 0–1 year (Freshers can also apply) Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior EDI Support Developer to join our team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates with basic knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) concepts and a passion for technical troubleshooting and client support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving EDI transaction issues. Support daily EDI operations, including file transmissions, error handling, and issue escalation. Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to ensure smooth EDI communication. Maintain and update documentation for EDI workflows and procedures. Assist in onboarding new trading partners and setting up EDI maps under guidance. Provide first-level support for EDI-related incidents and escalate unresolved issues. Perform routine checks and audits on EDI systems and data flows. Learn and grow in EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, XML, etc.) and communication protocols (FTP, AS2, etc.). Required Skills: Basic understanding of EDI concepts and business processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay). Familiarity with any EDI tools or integration platforms is a plus (e.g., IBM Sterling, Dell Boomi, Seeburger, etc.). Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and willingness to work in a support role. Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Nice to Have: Internship or academic projects related to EDI or integration systems. Exposure to supply chain or logistics industry processes. Shift: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required based on business needs).
