About the Role-

Junior Documentation Controller

industrial or process-plant documentation

Key Responsibility-

Assist in preparing, formatting, and maintaining
commissioning documentation
— PTMS records, test sheets, QA/QC checklists, and IPT protocols.
Manage document numbering, tracking, version control, and submission logs as per project standards.
Support the senior documentation lead in compiling
O&M manuals, training materials, and handover dossiers
.
Coordinate with engineering and QA/QC teams for collecting test certificates and data sheets.
Ensure all documents are filed and stored properly (both soft and hard copies).
Update
Document Management System (DMS)
with approved drawings, reports, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate registers and ensure timely submission of documents to the client/PMC.

Requirements-

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
Experience:
4–7 years in
project documentation
within
refinery, process, or industrial projects
.
Familiarity with
Document Management Systems (DMS)
such as Aconex, SmartPlant, or equivalent.
Basic understanding of
commissioning, QA/QC, and O&M documentation
.
Good communication, formatting, and organizational skills.
Prior
Qatar/GCC experience
preferred.

Contract Details-

Duration:
6-8 months (extendable)
Compensation:
