Job Title: Junior Distribution Sales Executive & Sourcing
Location: Madurai Valankulam
Mode: Full-time / On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Manage distribution and sales of FMCG, textiles, toys, and spice products in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
• Track inventory movement, order processing, and timely delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Support senior sales managers in achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and promotional schemes.
• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management.

Requirements

• 10th or 12th Pass & Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 0–2 years of sales/distribution experience (FMCG or Import/Export preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Bike should be available and a valid license is mandatory for this profile
• Must be strong in achieving sales targets”
