Job Title: Admin cum Accounts & Sales Support (Female)

Location: Madurai - Valankulam / Solankuruni
Employment Type: Full-Time / On-site

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day office administration, documentation, and correspondence.
• Manage accounts-related tasks including billing, invoicing, and petty cash.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, vouchers, and receipts.
• File monthly/quarterly GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
• Support the sales team with order processing, quotations, and client follow-ups.
• Maintain records of purchase, sales, and stock entries.
• Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and vendors as required.
• Manage calls, emails, and basic HR-related administrative support.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 0–6 Months of experience in accounts/admin role (experience in GST filing is mandatory).
• Knowledge of Tally Basic ERP accounting software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Ability to support both accounts and sales coordination effectively.
