Job Description

Job Title: Junior Design Engineer

Role And Company Overview

LEDFlex Group was established in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market for a more comprehensive range of linear lighting products and has now grown into a leading technology supplier. We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LEDFlex we continue to lead the way in performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior projects.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, expertise in conceptualizing within the 3D space, and proficiency in using design software such as Autodesk, Adobe, and Key shot. You should be capable of translating conceptual ideas into detailed designs and possess a deep understanding of materials, tolerances, and fabrication techniques.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop 2D and 3D CAD models, drawings and technical documentation
Work with 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to produce high-quality images.
Create realistic 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural, interior, or product design projects.

Key Skills & Education Required

Bachelor’s degree in a technical-related field (i.e Engineering, product design,3d design, etc)
AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Key shot, and Fusion 360
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Confidence in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and schedules efficiently
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Possess a creative outlook with an exceptional eye for detail
Passionate about marketing, engineering, and innovation in the lighting industry
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience

3D Modelling - 1 year (Required)
Drafting - 1 year (Required)
Autodesk Inventor - 1 year (Required)

What You’ll Get Working with LEDFlex: 

Will have a Competitive Salary (depending on experience, negotiable).
Desirable Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM with a one-hour lunch break.
Annual Leave: As per labour laws.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
