Job Title: Junior Data Operations Executive Experience Required: 1–2 Years Location: Gurugram Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Data Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in data operations, be proficient in MS Excel, and possess strong communication skills. This role will support daily data-related tasks, ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting, and help optimize data processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and process operational data from multiple sources. Maintain and update reports/dashboards using Excel. Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data entry and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data requirements and updates. Prepare periodic reports and summaries for internal stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in data operations or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.). Good written and verbal communication skills . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
