About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Junior Creative Designer to join our team and bring fresh energy to our packaging and branding projects. This role is perfect for someone who loves design, has a keen eye for detail, and wants to grow while working on exciting FMCG brands.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Assist in the design and development of packaging concepts and brand identity projects.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Support senior creatives in preparing presentations, mockups, and final artwork.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling across packaging and branding collaterals.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with the strategy, marketing, and production teams to ensure design consistency.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Stay updated on design trends, materials, and printing techniques to bring innovative ideas.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠1–4 years of experience in graphic design, packaging, or branding.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly).

•⁠ ⁠⁠Strong understanding of typography, layout, and colour theory.

•⁠ ⁠⁠A portfolio that showcases packaging and branding projects.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience with 3D mockups or visualisation tools.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Knowledge of print production processes. ⁠

•⁠ ⁠⁠Interest in FMCG and consumer brand design.
