Junior Copywriter

As a Junior Copywriter at our organization based in Vadodara, you will be responsible for collaborating with creative teams to brainstorm and develop fresh, strategic, and brand campaign ideas. Your role will involve contributing original concepts for marketing communications across various platforms including print, digital, and multimedia. You will be tasked with writing clear, persuasive, and engaging copy that aligns seamlessly with the brand voice and campaign objectives. Adapting tone and messaging to suit different channels such as websites, social media, OOH, print, TV, radio, and others will also be a key part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you will need to conduct thorough research to understand the brand, its audience, competitors, and industry trends. Leveraging these insights, you will develop relevant and resonant messaging that drives impactful results. You will be expected to develop content for a diverse range of media formats including websites, blogs, emailers, social media posts, print ads, product descriptions, and more. Additionally, you will assist in writing video scripts, radio spots, and short-form commercial copy as required. Ensuring that the copy is grammatically accurate, free of spelling and syntax errors, and polished to meet professional standards is crucial. Consistency in tone, voice, and message across all deliverables will be essential. You will collaborate closely with designers, art directors, and marketing strategists to deliver cohesive creative output that resonates with the target audience. Furthermore, you will be responsible for revising and refining copy based on feedback from clients, senior copywriters, art directors, and the account management team. Writing web and social content with SEO best practices in mind to improve visibility and performance will also be part of your role. Your active participation in creative reviews, discussions, and client meetings when required will contribute to the overall success of our campaigns.
