We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and talented Junior Creative Copywriter to join our marketing team. You will be instrumental in supporting the team across all content channels.

• Content Support & Development: Assist in writing and editing clear, engaging copy for our website, product pages, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Social Media Activation: Craft compelling captions and quick-hit copy for platforms like Instagram, and X, ensuring they align with the TIDA brand voice.
• Brand Voice Immersion: Quickly learn and maintain the energetic, powerful, and distinctive TIDA Sports voice across all touchpoints.
• Research & Ideation: Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for campaigns and content themes.
• Proofreading & Quality Control: Act as a critical set of eyes, proofreading marketing assets to ensure flawless grammar, consistency, and accuracy before they go live.
• Competitive Analysis: Help monitor and analyze copy trends within the sports and fitness industry.

What You'll Bring (The Fundamentals)

• Educational Background: Graduate
• Foundational Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience (this could include internships, student work, or freelancing).
• A Spark of Talent: A portfolio (even a small one of self-initiated projects) that showcases excellent writing skills, originality, and a keen sense of narrative structure.
• A Passion for Play: A genuine enthusiasm for sports, fitness, and the energy of athletic culture.
• Digital Fluency: A strong understanding of how copy works across various digital channels (web, social, email).
• The Right Attitude: High curiosity, eagerness to learn, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to take and apply constructive feedback.
